Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also checkout using PayPal, Apple Pay Klarna & Clearpay.
Q. How do I redeem a discount or special offer?
A. To redeem a discount code, select the shopping bag icon, click on ‘View Cart’, enter the code in the ‘Enter a promo code’ field. If you proceed to checkout without entering your code you’ve gone too far and need to go back to your Shopping Cart. You can only use one promotional code per order.
Q. Why isn’t my voucher code working?
A. Double check you haven’t clicked through to the checkout before adding your voucher code, as it can only be entered while you’re in the Shopping Cart. Voucher codes are set to expire after a certain time, so it might be that you’re using an outdated code. Most of our vouchers are for single use and case sensitive. Also, you can’t use more than one on a single order.
Q. Can I add to an existing order?
A. We can’t add to orders, but if you email us within 1 hour of your original order, we will help you to put through another one without additional delivery charges if the order is for the same delivery address.
Q. Can I split my order across multiple delivery addresses?
A. Unfortunately, we’re not able to split a single order. A quick fix for this is to place separate orders.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change the contents of your order, you can email us within 1 hour of your original order and we will help you with this. Please note there is an admin fee of £10 for making changes to orders after they have been placed.
Q. What does pre-order mean?
A. If there’s something on the website you really love but the stock isn’t due for a few more weeks, you can pre-order it before it arrives on our premises. Once you’ve selected the item, you’ll see the expected delivery date displayed along with the message “Order now, available from dd/mm/yyy”.
Q. The items I put in my shopping basket recently are sold out – what happened?
A. Please note that adding items to your shopping basket does not reserve them. Products are not allocated to you until you have ordered them.
Q. Has my order been successful?
A. Once your order has gone through, you should receive an email with an order number. If you don’t receive an email, just double check that you’ve spelt your email address correctly. Also, check your Spam/Junk folder and mark emails coming from us (Teddo Play, connect@teddo-play.com) as not spam. If you’ve checked and you’re still unsure, please email us and we will be happy to assist.
Q. Will I be charged customs and import duties?
A. Customs and duties charges may apply when the goods reach their destination outside the UK. We don’t have any control over the amounts charged. Please note that if your order is over a certain weight, we may have to split the delivery into more than one parcel resulting in more than one charge – unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. Standard (2-3 working days) deliveries in the UK mainland are free on eligible products. Please select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu at checkout if you require Express or Next Day Guaranteed Deliveries. These are charged separately.
International signed-for delivery is calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. UK Standard (2-3 working days): Free on eligible products in the UK mainland. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from dispatch. It can, however, take longer during the holiday season. We advise you to please plan ahead and place your order well in advance to avoid any delays during the holiday season. We also offer Express Signed-For and Next Day Guaranteed delivery options. Please select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu at checkout.
International Delivery: Variable by weight, wherever you are in the world. Delivery is usually within 5-20 working days from the time of dispatch which is usually in 1-2 working days.
Q. Has my order been dispatched yet?
A. When your order leaves us, we send a second email to confirm this – if you don’t receive an email within 1 working day of placing your order, please email us on connect@teddo-play.com.
Q. How do I return unwanted items?
A. We are a small family-run business and we work very hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Teddo Play and will happily return to us again and again. If this is sadly not the case, please contact us at connect@teddo-play.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you to rectify the problem.
All sales are final unless the item is different from what you ordered or faulty. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Since our learning products are used by young children, for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if the product has been opened or used in any way.
Please note that gift cards, downloadable software products and any such digital products is non-returnable. Furthermore, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you ordered a physical item by mistake, you can return it to us as long as it has not been opened, original seal is intact and the item is in its original packaging.
Please note that you will have to bear the delivery costs for returns and also send us the item using a tracked and signed-for service so we can both be sure that the item will reach us back safely.
To start a return, you can contact us at connect@teddo-play.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon the safe receipt on the item and careful inspection to check that it has been unopened and unused, we will issue your refund within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please rest assured that we manually quality-check and package every item before sending them to you. We are proud of our commitment to quality and are certain that the quality of our products will not disappoint you.
Q. Can I request an exchange?
A. We’re unable to offer exchanges online but if you email us, we can certainly assist you in this. Please note that for exchanging items, all the above criteria for return apply for the item that you will be returning for exchange.

Q. Do you offer gift-wrapping?
A. Yes, we do! We absolutely love to wrap presents. We’ll add in all the final touches to make it the perfect present for the child.
With our gift-wrapping service, your items will be carefully and lovingly packed, wrapped in a premium gift-wrapping paper, sealed and finished with a gorgeous ribbon assembled into a beautiful bow.
Simply select the gift-wrapping when adding a product(s) to your shopping basket. You can also add a note in the ‘Special instructions for seller’ field when you click on ‘View Cart’ for any personalised messages.

Q. How many adhesive magnets are there in a pack?
A. We offer adhesive magnets in sets of 40 (or 20 for the MINIs range) so you have one magnet per learning card. This is to enable you to use the learning cards in a more visual learning session on magentic boards and/or magnetic surfaces.
Q. How can I use the adhesive magnets?
A. Our super strong peel-and-stick adhesive magnets are very easy to use. Simply peel off the magnet from its backing and stick it on to the back or front of your Teddo Play Learning Card depending on the side of the card you wish to use (image or text) for your learning session at home or school or any other place. Your learning card can now be easily used on any magetic surface for an interactive play-and-learn time with your child.
Q. How big are the adhesive magnets?
A. Our adhesive magnets are a generous 20mm in diameter to keep your Teddo Play Learning Cards nicely affixed on magnetic whiteboards or any other magnetic surface.
Q. How can I order more adhesive magnets separately?
A. Our super-strong peel-and-stick adhesive magnets come in sets of 40 and are only £5/set. We also offer them in sets of 20 for £3 for the Smaller Packs of 20 (Teddo Play MINIs). To include adhesive magnets to your order, simply select ‘Add Adhesive Magnets’ from the drop-down menu on the respective product page. If you’d like to order more than one set of adhesive magnets, please add as many as you require to your shopping cart from the dedicated “Adhesive Magnets” product listing here.
Q. What is Clearpay?
A. Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). Please use Clearpay responsibly. The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd. Clearpay Plans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Q. How do I use Clearpay?
A. Just shop on our website and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).
If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order!
Q. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
A. Clearpay will split the total value of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight. The exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
Q. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?
A. If you cannot make a payment, please contact Clearpay here. As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay. Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee if you are still not able to make the payment by then. This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. If your order is less than £24, the total late fee will be £6. If your order is £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £24, whichever is less. Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly. Q. When will my items be delivered if I use Clearpay?
A. Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any order from our website.
Q. Can I use another form of payment with Clearpay?
A. Yes, you may also use a gift card, cash, or a promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.
Q. How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?
A. Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard return process. Please see our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy here. When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Please note that until we have confirmed the receipt of any return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your payments to Clearpay. A. You need to be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use Klarna’s credit products including Pay in 30 days / Pay in 3. When you choose Klarna they will also check the information you provide and your financial situation.
Q. Can I have multiple Pay in 30 days / Pay in 3 orders at the same time?
A. Yes, you can. If you see Klarna Pay in 3 when you go to an online checkout then it is available to you. Every time you use Pay in 3, Klarna will check to see whether you can use Pay in 3 again for each additional purchase.
Q. How do I make repayments to Klarna for the Pay in 30 days option?
You can pay any time within 30 days of your purchase interest-free. You can make this payment using a credit or debit card on the Klarna app or logging into www.klarna/com/uk. Klarna will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed with full details. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.

Q. Is my payment information safe?
A. Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Teddo Play. All transactions take place through connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Q. How do I know Klarna has received my payment?
A. Klarna will notify you by email and push notification when a payment is due and when you have made or missed a payment. You can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.
Q. What happens if I don’t make a payment on time with the Pay in 30 days option?
A. Pay in 30 days is a credit product and you are required to make your payment to Klarna. If you don’t pay for your order on time, Klarna may charge late payment fees. Klarna may also share information about your missed payments with credit reference agencies. Q. What happens if I don’t make a payment on time with the Pay in 3 option?
A. Pay in 3 is a credit product and you are required to make your scheduled payments to Klarna. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule. Klarna will send you multiple friendly reminders before payment is due so you can make sure you’ve got enough money to pay. If payment fails, you may be charged a late fee, subject to our T&Cs.
Q. What happens if I don’t pay for my order with the Pay in 30 days option?
A. As Pay in 30 days is a credit product, if you don’t pay for your order Klarna may use a debt collection agency. Klarna may also report the missed payment to credit reference agencies. This means you may find it more expensive or difficult to get credit in the future.
Q. What happens if I don’t pay for my order with the Pay in 3 option?
A. If you don’t make your payments you will be in arrears as Pay in 3 is a credit product. Klarna may then share information about your missed payments with credit reference agencies. This means you may find it difficult or more expensive to use Klarna or other lenders’ credit products in the future. Klarna may also refer any debt to a debt collection agency. This agency will collect the debt on behalf of Klarna. Also, if the debt is referred to a debt collection agency Klarna will share this information with credit reference agencies.
Q. What happens if I cancel or return my order?
A. As soon as we, Teddo Play, have confirmed with Klarna that your cancelation / return has been accepted, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. Klarna Financing
Q. Do you offer a financing plan?
A. We have partnered with Klarna to offer credit as an option when purchasing with us. With the Klarna Financing payment plan, you can spread your payments over [6,12, 24 or 36] months.
Q. How do I place an order using Financing with Klarna?
A. To purchase with Klarna Financing, add the product you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to the checkout as normal. Then select the “Pay Over Time” payment method. This will start your application for Klarna Financing. You will be asked to provide information about yourself which is required to check your eligibility. If you are approved, your payment plan will be created and your order will be automatically placed with us. It’s a short application and you won’t have to leave our website.
Q. Am I eligible?
A. To be eligible for Klarna Financing you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. Your application approval is subject to Klarna’s review of the details you provide and your financial circumstances. A full credit search will also be performed when you apply for a Klarna Financing agreement.
Q. If I make my purchase on a Klarna Financing plan, will I pay interest?
A. Our Financing options are credit plans with repayment terms ranging between 6-36 months. Interest rates will vary depending on the credit agreement offered but will be clearly displayed at the point of checkout The monthly instalments will be collected automatically from your bank account via Direct Debit. It is important to ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover the repayment on your due date each month.
Q. Can I set up automatic monthly repayments?
A. During the Klarna Financing application you will be asked to set up a Direct Debit Mandate from your bank account. Klarna will debit your monthly instalments from your bank account automatically via this Direct Debit Mandate so you don’t need to do anything. It is important to ensure that you have enough funds in your account to cover the repayments on your due date each month.
Q. Will I receive an email confirmation when purchasing with Klarna Financing?
A. If you have selected the Klarna Financing option to pay for your purchase, Klarna will send you an email confirming your purchase details. The email will contain a link to Klarna’s online portal or to download the app, where you can manage your purchases with Klarna. It is essential that you provide accurate information during checkout to ensure that you receive all Klarna communications related to your Financing plan.
Q. If I apply for Klarna Financing, will this affect my credit score?
A. When you apply for Financing with Klarna, Klarna will make a full credit search with the credit reference agencies who supply Klarna with credit information. The agencies will record details of the search, which can be seen on your credit file, regardless of whether or not credit is approved. This record will also be visible to third parties and other lenders and may affect whether or not other organisations decide to provide you with credit in future. For any questions relating to the credit check process, you can contact Klarna’s customer support team.
Q. What if I am late or miss a payment?
A. Your monthly payment must reach Klarna by the payment due date. Klarna will report information to credit reference agencies about the payments you make, and about any payments that you fail to make on time. Late or missing repayments may have serious consequences for you. Your credit rating may be affected which will make it more difficult or more expensive for you to obtain credit in the future. If at any time you miss consecutive payments, Klarna may serve you a default notice requiring you to repay what you owe. If you fail to do so, Klarna may terminate your Financing agreement and assign the debt to a debt collection agency to collect on behalf of Klarna. Klarna may also sell the debt to a debt collection agency. If you are having trouble making repayments, please get in touch with Klarna Customer Service via the support section of the Klarna app or via Klarna’s customer support page.
Q. I purchased my item on a Klarna Financing plan and I would like to return it.
Please contact us, Teddo Play, to process your return. Once your return has been processed your Klarna Financing plan will be adjusted. Items purchased with Klarna follow our standard return process. Please see our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy here.
Q. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
A. As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, we will credit the balance back to you or process a refund. This is usually completed within the next 5 business days.

Q. Where are all the products made?

Q. Can I mix and match themes for the Learning Sets?

Q. What age are the learning sets suitable for?
A. We have very carefully designed all our learning sets such that they are suitable for children across a wide range of age groups. From a pictionary style learning for babies and toddlers to spelling formations for pre-schoolers, to vocabulary-builders, grammar, general-knowledge and advanced reading for school-aged, young teens and adolescents, Teddö Play® Learning Sets are suitable for children of all ages.
Q. Are the learning sets suitable for home-schooling / home-education?
A. Yes, totally! You will be able to get tons of lessons from each and every set. You will also receive a FREE Play Guide for plenty of ideas and suggestions to make the most of your play-and-learn time with your child be it at home, at school or when out and about, in cars, trains, flights, picnics wherever you can think of and replace screen-time with fun learning 🙂
Q. Are the sets suitable to play with more than one child?
A. With 40+ cards in each box (except the MINIs range which are sets of 20, certain themes such as Shapes Facts which has 34 cards, Human Anatomy, Skeletal Systems, Dinosaurs etc. which has a specific number of cards per set), and nearly 200 cards in the All Countries of the World set, you will be able to use the various sets to play with a number of children of same or different ages. Our cards also double up as educational playing cards making family game time a lot more fun and interactive! Furthermore, the play guide will provide creative play ideas and suggestions for activities with children of varied age groups.
Q. How can I use the cards on whiteboards?
A. Using our super-strong peel and stick adhesive magnets, you can use the learning cards on magnetic whiteboards for a more classroom-style learning or when you want to dig deeper into the subject. You can order the adhesive magnets right from the respective product page.

A. Yes, that has been our very first priority – all our paper used in making the cards is responsibly sourced, is FSC certified, EMAS verified and have the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations.
Q. Are the various learning sets, learning boards and other resources in your range durable?
A. We have designed our products keeping longevity in mind such that it is something that can be used alongside children of not only different age groups, of varying learning needs and abilities but also something that parents, carers, teachers, educators & families will be able to easily adapt as children grow up and make use of for pretty much their entire academic lives. Not a single one of our resources will ever be required to go in the bin. Remaining sustainable and eco-friendly is very important to us. Even after several years of play and learning, our resources will continue to be put to use and end up sitting on people’s bookshelves as a handy reference resource for life or be passed down to other children, and the cycle will continue for a long time.
